Bread tastes best when eaten fresh. Nothing can
beat a fresh slice of bread with a little bit of butter.
Bread should be stored at room temperature.
We suggest you wrap in a tea towel and keep it in
a dark place like a bread box or kitchen cupboard.
Once sliced, bread should be placed face down on
a cutting board and covered with a tea towel.
Plastic bags retain moisture and soften the crust.
And remember, never put your bread into the fridge.
Nothing stales bread quicker than a cold storage place.
How to freeze it
Our bread also freezes well.
Place the bread in a sealed plastic bag prior to freezing.
To thaw a frozen loaf, either let sit at room temperature
until fully thawed, or heat in foil in a 300-degree oven
for approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
